Occasionally doors arrive in our warehouse in an imperfect condition, are returned or may be discontinued or no longer required in the showroom, these doors usually end up in our shop clearance rack. 	Orta White Primed FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0056 Timber: White primed MDF engineered core Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x44mm Damage: Top and bottom edge damage Notes/Description: The fire rated Orta internal white primed door is a simple flush door design with four horizontal 'V' grooves, splitting the door into five sections. Unfortunately this door has been damaged a the top and bottom edges (see the additional images) which is why it's been added to our clearance rack. 	Flush White FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0057 Timber: White faced engineered core Internal/External: Internal Size: 826x2040x44mm Damage: Hinges/Latch/Handle cut-outs Notes/Description: This internal white flush FD30 rated fire door has been added to our clearance rack as it's been returned with the cut-outs and holes already drilled. 	Victorian 4 Panel Oak FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0059 Timber: Oak Veneered Unfinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 813x2032x44mm Damage: Damage to veneer and scuffed side Notes/Description: The 4 Panel Victorian unfinished oak door is a classic that has been a favourite for countless years. 	White FD30 Grooved Blank Clearance Door Number: 0060 Timber: White Veneer on Fire Rated Core Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Chipped Edge Veneer Notes/Description: The FD30 internal white fire door blank is one of the simplest door styles available. This particular door has two small vertical grooves to either side of the door which give it a contemporary feel. 	Miami Walnut FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0061 Timber: Walnut Veneer Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Broken Veneer & Line Notes/Description: The Miami walnut veneered pre-finished door has been a popular design, however, due to supplier issues we've had to change to a new manufacturer meaning we still have stock remaining from the previous batch. This particular Miami door is FD30 fire rated and is in an almost prefect condition. The veneers to the top and bottom have very slight cracks near the edges of the door and there is a line in the wood grain at the centre of the door, which at first appearance looks like a scratch, but is in the timber itself. £ 100 inc VAT Call for availability	Additional Images


	Clearance Pattern 10 / Type L Walnut FD30 Clearance Door Number: K2530 Timber: Walnut Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x44 Damage: None Notes/Description: Due to an unfulfilled order we have four Type L custom built fire rated doors in our clearance rack at a fantastic reduced price. These doors have been built to the standard 762mm x 1981mm size, so ensure your opening is correctly sized as building regulations state that the gap between frame and door should not exceed 5mm. If alternative sized doors are required then you may want to take a look at the custom sized option, which is a similar styled (but not matching) door. This Type L is Pre-finished in a stunning Walnut veneer with an engineered solid particleboard core, ideal where fast fitting is required as not additional finishing is needed. 	Flush Grooved White FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0065 Timber: White Primed on Fire Rated Core Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Marked Front & Edges Notes/Description: This white primed flush fire rated door is is a great condition very slight damage, the edge and surface of the are marked / slightly scratched, but this shouldn't be a problem as the door will require finishing before fitting anyway, a light sand down, primer and top coat should make this door look as new. Flush doors are a popular option for fire rated doors as they fit in with almost any interior. 	Canterbury Hand Carved Clearance Door Number: 0067 Timber: Hardwood Unfinished Internal/External: External Size: 765x2020x44 Damage: Ex-display stand holes Notes/Description: This beautiful hand carved hardwood external door was on display in our showroom, however due to supply issues we'll no longer be stocking hand carved doors so we're selling our display model. The display model has been attached to our stand so it has small pilot holes drilled at the base of the door (see the additional images), these can easily be filled when finishing your door. 	Imperial Hardwood 15 Light Clearance Door Number: 0072 Timber: Hardwood Veneered Unfinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x35mm Damage: Edge damage Notes/Description: The Imperial 15 light hardwood internal door is a fantastic option for traditional properties that need a doorway with plenty of additional light. The door has 15 individual bevelled glass pieced, the top three forming an arch shape. This particular door was returned to us with damage to the side of the door, but is still packaged (see the additional image). 	Pine Demi Panel Clearance Door Number: 0074 Timber: Clear Pine Internal/External: Internal Size: 297x1984x35mm Damage: Marks & Scuffs Notes/Description: This internal clear pine glazed demi panel is a slightly smaller than standard panel, with a green tinted flat glass. Notes/Description: This internal white primed shaker style door is great for contemporary properties with minimal styling. This door has been returned to us and has slight scratches to the pre-finish and a chipped veneer/edge at the top of the door (see the additional image). We've had them as demonstration doors in the showroom workshop and as a result they'll require refinishing to remove the surface marks.
