Occasionally doors arrive in our warehouse in an imperfect condition, are returned or may be discontinued or no longer required in the showroom, these doors usually end up in our shop clearance rack. This page allows you to view selected doors from the rack, If you would like to purchase one of these doors then contact our sales team on . All the doors listed below are classed as seconds and are therefore sold as seen with no warranty.

	Mistral Prefinished Clearance Door Number: 0021 Timber: Oak Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x35mm Damage: Ex-display plot holes drilled at bottom sides Notes/Description: The Mistral contemporary prefinished oak door was part of our custom special order door range and featured a unique asymmetrical curved rail and a four panel design. 	Oak 4 Light Clearance Door Number: 0022 Timber: Oak Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x35mm Damage: Ex-display pilot holes Notes/Description: This internal glazed 4 light door with a prefinished oak veneer is one of our ex-display doors. The door has small pilot holes drilled at the sides where we attach our display stand, but other than these holes it's in a perfect condition. 	Iseo Panel Clearance Door Number: 0025 Timber: Oak Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 610x1981x35mm Damage: Dent in the door face and edge damage Notes/Description: The Iseo door style is possibly one of our most popular modern internal door styles, the door is grooved with a 5 panel design with a modern 'V' shaped grooves. This 24'' panel has been damaged at one edge and has a small dent to the face. 	2 Panel Raised Mouldings Clearance Door Number: 0026 Timber: Oak Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x35mm Damage: Damage to lower veneer (see additional images) slight scratches and ex-display pilot holes. Notes/Description: This traditional styled internal oak 2 panel door has attractive raised mouldings around the two raised and fielded panels. This door was on our display legs and has picked up a little damage to the bottom edge veneer when it's been moved around. The door has small pilot holes where we've attached the door to the stand and also has a few surface scratches to the lacquered finish. The door has small pilot holes drilled at the edges near the bottom of the door to allow us to fix the display stand, these are easily filled or could be covered by your hinge positioning. 	Miami V1 Obscure Glazed Clearance Door Number: 0037 Timber: Walnut Veneer Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x35mm Damage: Rough Edge Veneer Notes/Description: This is another of our Miami internal prefinished walnut doors that have had a defect in the manufacturing process, the door has a some missing vener to one side and rough edges where the veneers meet (see the additional images). The beading at the bottom of the door also has a small dent, but is hardly noticeable. 	Miami V1 Ready To Glaze Clearance Door Number: xxx Timber: Walnut Veneer Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x35mm Damage: Rough edge veneer and chipped veneer at the bottom of the door Notes/Description: This internal prefinished walnut Miami door is an attractive option for modern interiors, the door is unglazed, with loose beading, ready for the glass type of your choice. This door was part of a batch that have been manufactured with a small defect, meaning the veneers have a rough edge where they join the sides. 	Miami V1 Obscure Glazed Clearance Door Number: 0040 Timber: Walnut Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x35mm Damage: Rough edge veneer and small chip in the bottom edge veneer Notes/Description: This internal walnut prefinished Miami door is an ideal door for interiors that need a little extra light, but to maintain privacy. The door has a slight manufacturing defect, where the front and edge veneers are slightly rough where they meet at the door edges. 	Aubrac Deep Prefinished Rustic Oak Clearance Door Number: 0041 Timber: Rustic Oak Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x35mm Damage: Ex-display pilot holes Notes/Description: This Aubrac internal rustic oak door was part of our bespoke door range and is of the highest quality. The door is a four panel design with a rustic oak prefinished to a deep shade. The design includes the door studs as shown in the additional images, and a carved panelled which adds to the traditional character of the door. The door has been on our display stand and is the last of this design available to us. 	Flush Sapele FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0042 Timber: Sapele (Hardwood) Veneer Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Surface scratches and edge damage Notes/Description: This internal flush sapele fire door is a simple but effective door, the door is prefinished but has been scratched so may been a light sand and refinishing depending on your requirement. I attempted to photograph these scratches but they're difficult to reproduce with the camera. 	Custom Studded Mistral Clearance Door Number: 0045 Timber: Oak Veneered Unfinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 825x2023x35mm Damage: Ex-display pilot holes Notes/Description: This custom designed Mistral door is one of the more unusual designs that we've sold in the past. The door features a grooved centre panel with diagonal sections, wooden studs and a curved rail to one side. If you're looking for a unique door design then this could be perfect. 	Flush Inlayed Oak Clearance Door Number: 0046 Timber: Oak Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 762x1981x35mm Damage: Ex-display pilot holes and scratches to prefinish Notes/Description: This contemporary flush prefinished oak door with deep stained 'U' grooves was one of the most popular doors we supplied until it was discontinued a short time ago. This door was our display model in a standard 30'' size, the prefinish has been scratched (see the additional images). 	Como Prefinished Walnut FD30 Clearance Door Number: 0047 Timber: Walnut Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Scratches and veneer damage Notes/Description: The Como internal prefinished walnut fire door has three aluminium inserts and an eye-catching contrasting woodgrain design. The door has been damaged in transit and as a result we've added it to our clearance rack at a reduced price. The damage is detailed in the additional images, and consists mainly as scratches in the lacquer, one or two of them are deeper and have damaged the veneer below the lacquer. This FD30 fire rated Palermo door has been added to our clearance rack due to it arriving with us with a damaged face and edges (see the additional images). This particular door was delivered to us damaged so we've added it to our clearance rack at a reduced rate. This Iseo door suffered a slight scratch to the edge of the door in our warehouse, so we've discounted it as we can't sell it as perfect condition. 	White Flush FD30 Blank Clearance Door Number: 0051 Timber: Hardboard face with engineered core and edges Internal/External: Internal Size: 838x1981x44mm Damage: Manufacturing damage and scuffed to one side Notes/Description: This fire rated internal white flush door is one of the simplest door styles. 	Custom Walnut V1 Flush FD30 (Unglazed) Clearance Door Number: 0052 Timber: Walnut Veneered Prefinished Internal/External: Internal Size: 926x1981x44mm Damage: Marked/Scratched on face and beading Notes/Description: This custom sized walnut V1 flush fire door has been added to our clearance rack due to the scratch on one side which marked the beading and face of the door (see the additional image).
